The pillows and blanket have a LOT of vertices. For low-poly use, the couch itself is fine, but I had to select node, select linked, separate mesh by selected... to get the objects separated in Blender. They arrived as all one object. It's way cleaner to use in low-poly work once I dropped the blanket and a couple of pillows.
The textures don't entirely make sense for use with Blender/Unity. It's not including a material that shows how to set up the textures. I muddled through and got something usable, but the resulting material doesn't quite look like the picture. The couch itself is low poly and looks good once I added a subdivision surface to just the couch (not everything).
