As others have on their reviews, the model looks great and all the textures and files are included, but there seems to be an issue with the way the models have been exported, as the textures are not mapped properly, I tried Blender, Revit (Via Enscape), 3DSMax and MeshLab and had the same issue with all of them, with all of the file types. I tried contacting the vendor but they stopped responding shortly after.
