Cat Condo 3D model

This model is a cat condo model, which is divided into two files as follows:

1.The first file contains the joined model with UVMap already applied. Inside the file, you will find textures and materials with different levels of detail: 2k, 4k You can use them according to your needs.

2.The second file is not yet joined, and the objects are separated into individual pieces. You can use the file directly for rendering, as it requires fewer resources compared to the joined model.
