Leaf is a cascade of aluminum discs pierced with a sunray design which tumbles from the sky. LUUM’s installation for Andaz bounces gold hues onto the warm terracotta coloured stairwell, maintaining a peaceful environment for the visitors of the spa.
With narrow beam downlights embedded into the ceiling, shadows are cast reminiscent of dappled light from the sun filtered through the canopy of a tree, mirroring the natural reflections from the spa’s swimming pool and foliage.
