3D Low poly, high quality, textured, game-ready asset, ready to be dragged and dropped to your game or project. This 3D asset has 99 meshes (including the instanced leaves), with 3 instances of plant leaves and stems. There is one original chair and 3 instances of it, only 1 magazine, 1 laptop, pen and ruler, 1 desk and 1 plant pot.

The textures include ambient occlusion, diffuse, metalness, normal, and height. The chair material might say it's missing an emission texture just ignore it there is no emission. The textures and uv mapping and packed as one uv map for the chair, legs etc, one for the leaves and stems and one for the desk and the items on top. All UV maps are non overlapping.

The model has been created using Blender 3.3.0 and custom textured using Substance 3D 8.2.0, I spent some time getting the reflections right so make sure to get a good camera angle and lighting :) I have included a .fbx version and .obj version with textures but note that the textures are not exported properly so I have included the textures.rar file just in case. The textures are packaged in the .blend files which one is with lighting and one with just the meshes
