Unity For each model there is a Unity Prefab for easy import and use in game engine.

Unreal Engine I tested the FBX files that are included and took photos. FBX files are easliy imported into the game engine

Textures The textures are provided in Tiff and png format. They are already applied when importing FBX file that I have provided into Unreal Engine. They are already applied when using the Unity Prefabs that I have provided. The textures are PBR with a realistic look.
