The 'grown-up' version of this gorgeous armchair has its origins in traditional French bistros, and was designed by Xavier Pauchard in 1934. Later on in that decade this Kids version was made. This chair will withstand the most rigorous play. The Marais Collection was created to be used in wheather forecasting rooms of French battleships. With this chair you purchase a piece of history, meticulously crafted from grade A steel and precision welded for extreme durability in the most rigorous conditions. These chairs are provided with rubber feet for smooth handling on all flooring surfaces.
