Master file is in Blend 2.79b file format, Preview images rendered in Blender with Cycle render engine.
3DsMax-Vray saved as 2015 version, FBX and OBJ file formats provided.
FBX and OBJ are exported from Blender, Only main model exported (Stage not included)
3DsMax-Vray file will render slight different.

Writing area have hinges attached, if there is no need of lifting writing pad then hinges can be removed resulting lighter model and possibly faster rendering.
