Description
It can be used in many places, such as work space, offices or even in your home. I modelled it by using 3ds max version 2018 and render by vray 3.6. I provided 2 color options for your choice : black and brown. I also export it into different types of format like fbx, obj, mtl to better match with your purpose.

Great model! My only request would be to name the textures more appropiately, since instead of saying "roughness" or "albedo/color" or "metalic" the file names have one or more "+" and the FBX file not only doesn't import the textures propperly, but also the model is deformed.
