High and Low poly version with PBR textures included. All the materials are embedded in one single texture set, so you will only have to set it once. Also you will find two resolution versions (2K, 4K) for the High Poly model and two versions (1K, 2K) for the Low Poly model. Both meshes are already triangulated to ensure textures work correctly.
(Note that all the textures I used can only be applied on these models, as they were placed according to their respective UV Layout)
Textures are based on a PBR Metallic-Roughness workflow and contains the following maps:

Renders were made with Cycles and they were lit only with City HDRI (0.5 strength) which is one of the default hdri maps you can find in Blender.
