Itoki DP Guest Chair 3D model

DP Guest chair by Itoki. The scene includes 2 chairs.

MODEL

The scene units are millimeters. Objects have real-life dimensions.

The geometry of both chairs is Sub-D (Turbosmooth modifier), stack is not collapsed. The model of each chair built of several objects and grouped together. Pivot of the group placed at the bottom of the bounding box. No lights, cameras and unnecessary or hidden geometry in the scene. Isoline Display checked to make mesh look lighter in the viewport.

• Scene polycount: 123 872 (247 744 faces)
• Scene vertex count: 124 237
• Single chair polycount: 66 576 and 57 296 (133 152 and 114 592 faces)
• Single chair vertex count: 66 855 and 57 382

Please note that for Sub-D objects in 3DS Max statistics shows number of faces (triangles), not quads. That's why the real polycount is twice as less.

For those who use V-Ray version lower than 3.10.01 choose the file with Blinn BRDF.

The preview images rendered with V-Ray 3.60.03, but all the materials were also tested with Corona 1.7 in a similar lighting setup. Wireframes rendered with Isoline Display turned on.
