Santo & Jean Ya is a French-Mexican creative design collaboration headquartered in New York City specializing in blending handmade, highly skilled traditional craftmanship with modernity. This fusión of the ancient and the contemporary is typically the hallmark of future design classics. The Butterfly concept was developed over a two year period experimenting with countless metal fabrication techniques. The chairs frame is cast from one single piece without the use of soldering or joints. This is an incredibly difficult and complicated endeavor that very few others in the world could accomplish.
