The model includes baked 4K PBR maps (albedo, roughness, normal). It also includes the source textures (or links to them) used in making the material for maximum customization (also for obtaining higher resolutions if needed).
The Blender file includes the original material of the chair (with complete nodes and not baked) which works with both Cycles and EEVEE. The renders in the preview images are rendered with this material in Cycles.
Two slightly different colors are available in the texture maps. The v2 color is the one used in making the renderings of the preview images.
