I requested my money back because the materials/textures in the model were not linked and although it had stated that there were instructions on how to change these, they were not clear and written in another language. The response I received was that no-one at CGTrader was able to check the model or assist me since they didn't have a copy of Revit, which I find astonishing when these models are being sold without being checked first. I still haven't received any money back.
