Comes with nice topoligy, no ngons or trianguls that allows to modifie preatty easy the mesh and the normals are fine and will be more easy to put modifiers such subdivision, and only in the 3DSMax and Blender doc you already have crease on the edges to make ease to use OpenSubdivisions without the need to slide edges. And other option for who works with real time renders or use in game engines you can use textures maps istead, all with 4K resolution that I baked and will brings the same qualitie with no subdivion.

And I placed the gizmo or center of the object in the back of the Faucet to make it easy and precise to put in a wall for instance.
