The model seems to be fairly well made but unfortunately, the OBJ version had a lot of issues with incorrect scale, incorrect axis orientation and missing materials. The FBX version did load on the correct axis and at the correct scale with all the materials applied but certain elements of the model had not been finished such as the door which was faceted and not smoothed. It could be fixed, but for the price, I would really expect it to be perfect out of the box.
