The technique used - high-resolution photogrammetry to achieve a fully high detailed model which also includes a low poly version including separate texture maps.
There are three different models included; a loaf of bread, a half loaf of bread, and a slice of bread. For each model, there is the corresponding low poly version included in the zip file for the model. Each model uses 8K high-resolution imagery albedo texture and the low poly versions have an 8k normal map.
Loaf of bread -- High Poly contains 793,622 faces with low-poly version containing 3000 faces.
Half Loaf of bread -- High Poly contains 1,292,288 faces with the low poly containing 3000 faces.
Slice of bread -- High polly contains 198,524 faces with the low poly version containing 3000 faces.
There have been 5 different formats for each model uploaded; OBJ, FBX, DAE, and STL. The texture files are included within these zip folders for each different format.
