Espresso – black coffee, prepared in a coffee machine or a special coffee machine, where hot water is passed through the pressed ground grains under a pressure of 9 bar. The finished drink should have a dense foam (Barista call it cream) homogeneous Golden-nut color, a thickness of at least 2 mm. The taste of espresso harmoniously combines sweetness, bitterness and light acidity. Shades of taste depend on the varieties of coffee beans that make up the mixture, the degree of roasting and Barista skills.
This is a delicious cookie for tea with pieces of milk chocolate. It tastes great.
