Notes:
I wish there was a neutral rating I could pick - because this has both positive and negative aspects. The model itself is very nice, the topology is good and it's seperated/has the potential to be seperated into individual pieces. However, there are no textures...
For whatever reason, all the textures are located in the item's actual listing? So I had to go through all of them and save them seperately. CGTrader also gives all of the images the exact same name when saving them, so naming for textures to be referenced is lost completely. Not that this makes a difference as models, when loaded onto my computer, weren't trying to find any textures anyway. None whatsoever. When loaded a default lambert was just being applied on all of the formats - Corona, V-Ray and OBJ.
I wanted the model to work badly enough that I resaved all the textures, named them and then reapplied them completely in Autodesk Maya and V-Ray. And it does look very nice, and pretty. So if you have the time to correct the texture and rendering issues it's a nice model. If you want something you can open and render without issue this model isn't for you.
I also contacted the author to ask regarding a fix, but I got no response. Gave them a good week to reply.
I feel like this should be a negative rating but I really don't like leaving them for people. This model ended up working out for me with some TCL, so that's why I leave a positive rating. I encourage anyone who is interested in this model to be aware of it's issues however.
