This asset is an ordinary Japanese street with a narrow road, small cozy houses and endless flower pots.Modular system.All the houses are assembled in modules. Roads and sidewalks are also modular. You can change the materials in the modules.Optimization

All models are manufactured in accordance with industry standards. Models are grouped together to maintain the Texel. For objects, nodes were created by reducing triangles by 50% or more.Main features:

thanks nice pack at a nice price. I would have loved a blender version of the file though, or at least some other export formats than fbx, for Godot engine.

Overall I'm positive about this pack but be aware: it has some flaws. The most noticeable is absence of RMAO (roughness, metallic, AO) textures in .FBX and Unity packages - just full-black TGA images instead. Unreal Engine version has some of them but many only have roughness and metallic without ambient occlusion (stored in blue channel and just zero). In UE this leads to major problems with prebaked static lighting. Other glitches include strange setup of road decals in UE version, some minor errors in writings mentioned by other commenters etc. I'd be VERY pleased if authors fix this problem with RMAO (and also have separate textures for each channel in .FBX version) in all versions of the pack.

Objects are in separate asset files, available in Unity and Unreal Engine format. Road markings are separate assets from road surfaces, which is neat. Great work!
