The Dragon Street Clock Tower 3D model. Model is created with 3ds Max 2018 (compatible 2015) and rendered with V-Ray 3.60.03. Converted to FBX, OBJ, 3DS, DAE, Udatasmith and also functional (working clock) Uasset with a blueprint for Unreal Engine 4 and DUF Scene Asset for Daz3D. Package contains an environment HDR image. Materials are created for VRay in 3ds Max. Daz3D and UE4 have their own materials (see preview images).
All parts are linked to eachother. You can move or rotate by moving or rotating root dummy object (ClockMainDummy_001). Each part also has their own dummies.
The model is (DAE file) checked in Daz3D (see preview images rendered with IRay in Daz3D) and saved as a Scene Asset. It's also checked in Unreal Engine 4 (Udatasmith) and created a blueprint to make it functional (clock is working in real OS time, see preview video) in any UE4 project. You just need to copy asset Content folder into your Unreal Engine 4 project (see instructions in ReadMe.txt file that I put in CC_StreetClock_UE4_Blueprint_Asset.zip archive file).
