Very well done. This comment is for Unreal version, because this is the engine I use. Meshes have four LODs, vehicles have separated doors and wheels, there are PBR textures for color, metallic, normal map, roughness and ambient occlusion. Vehicles and props are made of static meshes only, no skeletal meshes. Realistic look (sky light in demo scene is too intense, lower it to get darker shadows - direct light is OK). Very modular, but includes some premade buildings too. Includes blueprints joining the parts of complex objects, like vehicles. FBX, Unreal and Unity versions for download. The FBX meshes load correctly on Maya LT, with their four LODs. I've tested on Unreal only. Nice pack, overall.
