Available textures:
4K PBR Roads named folder has .max files that have 4K applied. 2K Only Diffuse named folder has other formats with 2K textures applied. You can use 4K textures in your game-engines aswell.
The individual images belong to 4K PBR textured models and they are rendered in 3dsmax with Arnold. The images of roads that are together are taken from unreal engine with different lightning than 3dsmax and in 2K textures.
There are 15 meshes available:
The models do not have UCX collision.
The models have been tested in Unreal Engine.
