Modular City Streets Lowpoly Style

Modular City Streets Lowpoly Style Low-poly 3D model

Description

Modular City Street props in lowpoly Style

-About the model:

  • This model is made for use in games, with lowest possible impact on GPU.
  • Model was made using Blender3D modeling software.
  • Textures were made using Blender3D.
  • This model is built using real world scale.
  • Highly modular design allows for creation of any kind of street setup for a city with basic traffic regulation signs and lights.
  • The signs and traffic lights can be constructed out of separated parts which are included, with some already premade.
  • 89 objects in total, 50 different street tiles and 12 premade different signs and traffic lights.

-Model contents:

  • 2 Native .blend files with no modifiers, base mesh only.
  • 2 OBJ files with no modifiers, base mesh only.
  • 2 FBX files with no modifiers, base mesh only..
  • Texture folder is in .zip archive.

-Model structure:

  • Model is consisted of 89 separete objects/meshes (as shown in the final preview picture) in each version.

-Mesh information:

  • The mesh has only quads and triangles, no N-gons.
  • The mesh is NOT subdivision-ready.
  • All 89 base objects combined have 8418 faces (16318 triangles)and 12665 vertices.
  • Face count goes from 3 faces to 271 faces per object.
  • Each mesh/object has vertex groups for easier selection/editing (as shown in the last preview image).

-Material information:

  • There are 2 versions of the model with different materials.
  • Modular_City_Streets_mats version has 16 materials, one for each color.
  • Modular_City_Streets version has only one material, where the colors are on a 4x4 pixel pallet texture.
  • No shaders are used in this model, only a color texture, which should be placed in the color input part of the shader (.blend native files have textures already packed and placed in their slots, no need to do extra work if using blender).
  • The texture is in .zip folder.

-UV maps information:

  • Automatically unwrapped UV's along sharp angles, with overlaping.

-Intended use for the model:

  • The model is designed for use in games specifically.
  • The model can be used for Virtual Reality and Agumented Reality.
  • The model can be used for mobile games.
  • The model cannot be 3d printed without considerable editing.

-Preview renders info:

  • Images shown in the preview are done with the base mesh and colors only, last image shows how files are organized in the scene.
  • Images are rendered in blender 2.93.4 with Cycles rendering engine.
  • The results you get may be different depending on lighting and rendering engine you use.
  • Lighting was done using an HDRI which is NOT included with the model, you get a clean scene with no lights, planes or cameras.
