Low poly props for streets. They use a single texture for all props and use geometry based coloring (this comes at the cost of a little bit more geometry, but with the advantage of a really small texture; texture doesn't reach 2KB), there is also an optional emission texture if you want to make the lights glow, but you can still use the lights without it, just with the color. All assets are game ready.
The first image is rendered in cycles and the individual ones in cycles.
Once purchased, you will receive mtl, fbx, abc and obj files containing all props together, the textures, and a zip with all props with individual fbx files. You will also have the .blend file in the zip folder.
Problems you might run into
Blurry texture: In some programs, the textures will be blurred due to their low resolution (8x9 px), so the colors get blurred and you might get weird results. In Blender you can fix this by setting the texture interpolation to closest.
Low emission texture: This one's easier, just add a multiply node between the texture and the rest of the material (in Blender and I think unreal too)
