It's a red post box at Baekbin Crossing. Baekbin Crossing is located in Yongsan, Seoul, Republic of Kroea, and this name was given because Bin, who had the best surname of Baek in the Joseon Dynasty, lived near here and traveled this way. Bin is one of the best among the concubines of the Joseon Dynasty. Baekbin Crossing is also famous for filming tvN drama ‘My Mister’. This is made by photogrammetry skills.
