Verve Broadbeach Low-poly 3D model

The Verve Broadbeach is a residential & hotel high-rise building located in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in Australia. The tower rises to 90 m for a total of 28 floors. It was built in 2006.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
