Ultra Broadbeach Low-poly 3D model

The Ultra Broadbeach tower is a residential modern building located on Broadbeach in Australia. It was designed by DBI Design Pty Ltd and built in 2006 by Niecon Developments Pty Ltd and Barclay Mowlem. This skyscraper rises to 100 m for 32 floors.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
