A famous Landmark in Mxico City. Designed by Augusto Harold lvarez Garca. It was the tallest building in Mexico City since it's inauguration in 1956 until 1972.
This is a Low Poly model, divided in different sections for easy handling. The proportions are not exact since the actual measures of the building are either unknown or not available to the public. I used photos and Google Maps as reference to make the model as fateful as possible to the actual building. Besides I live relatively close to the Tower so I'm fairly familiar with it.
For Blender users: I made this in Blender 2.79, just Set up your lighting and you are good to go. The Glass Material I used is a tricky node set up discovered by the community to cheat Cycles into thinking that it's actual glass but the light can pass through like if it was nothing there. I did this to lower render times and because my GPU is only 2GB. Feel free to use a true glass material if you have a descent GPU.
For NON Blender users: FBX and OBJ files are included. I also include the textures folder so you can assign them easily.
Add a Metallic Finish to the 'Old White Paint' material to make it look like in the previews shown here.
The 'Window Textures' that add Curtains and little details to the windows have Alpha Transparency. So make sure to enable that on you 3D software so you can see through some windows and give the building that sense of depth.
