The Pacific Resort Broadbeach Low-poly 3D model

The Pacific Resort Broadbeach is a residential high-rise tower located on the Gold Coast in Australia. The building rises to 45 m for a total of 16 floors. The tower was built in 1982 and is a concrete architectural structure.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
