Skyscraper tall building with roof 3D model

3D Model of the Skyscraper.

Model contains exterior as well as the interior of the building excluding furniture. Elevation is designed as the curtain glass panel wall on the aluminum frame with diagonal stiffenning beams.  The building is 194 meters tall (including spire), without the spire the building is 144 meters tall. The repetitive floor plan of the building is based on the square 38x38 meters.  Each floor level contains four separated office spaces, each containing one open-space, conference room, three storage rooms, kitchen and the bathroom.  Core of the building contain two elevator shafts, two staircases and four rooms (two designed to be used as a femal and male bathrooms and two for storage purposes). Underground levels of the building are designed to serve as a three-level undeground garage with the ramp entrance at the back of the building. The top level of the building is designed as an observation deck. The building contain 46 levels - 41 regular office space levels, 2 top spire levels and 3 levels below the terrain.

There are two versions of the building included - one native model made in Revit 2020 and the second version made in Blender. For engineering purposes it is recommended to use Revit version, for any type of visual purposes  such us animations or renderings it is recommended to use Blender version. The materials are defined using diffuse and bump textures as well as using metalicity and roughness parameters. The interior of the building contains basic elements such as lighting fixtures, railings etc.  There are some of the exterior parts of the adjacent terrain included such as roads, street lights, trash bins etc. The presented renderings are made using cycles renderer in Blender 2.90.  The interior dimensions of the rooms and the floor plan itslef are designed keeping in mind basic architerctural guidelines.

Model and the whole design is uniqe and made entirely by me as an author of this particular project,  and it can be used for your animations, in games or any type of architectural visualisation including city scapes.
