The archive contains a model of modern residential building (10 storey).
Textures and settings are set specifically for a night render but can also be used as daytime with lit windows / interiors.
Interiors are 3-diemnsional.
Walls, windows, railings, roof are 3D models.
All curtains, people, planst, lamps etc. are textures on planes.
