One West Superior 1st 3D model

This building is a 52 flats with an 1990-2000s international style with a facade made plaster wall, glass and aluminium. This building is a kind of construction widespread in all big cities in United States

The model is made in high quality with this characteristics:

• No Ngons, only quads and tris
• No overlapping faces or vertex
• No Non-mainfold geometry
• High quality textures
• No Loose geometry
• No need to use any plugin or add-on to make that the model works correctly
• Any geometry modifier

The model is made in it's real scale and the dimensions are 21x26x51m aprox.. The resolution of the textures are 72pix/inch and the size can vary from 1000x1000 pixels (little textures like aconditionate air) to 3500x3000 pixels like concrete plates. All textures are in Jpeg. format.

The model itself it's made with any modifier and it doesn't have animation. the whole model is in the same scene and the materials have two parts inside the composition. The first one is the texture and the second one is a group that have composition that represents the properties of the material, in order to make easier the modification of the properties of the material (reflection, bright, roughness, etc.) if the user desires to modify it. In addition, these material properties groups are linked between materials (ej. all concrete objects, share the same material properties group), in order to make easier the modification of the propierties of the material (reflection, bright, roughness, etc.) if the user desires.

The custom licence conditions are the same as royalty free licence but adding that the model is not allowed to sell, give or assign the product to another person or entity in the form its downloaded from this site (including any variations thereof, such as different poly counts, Textures and file types)
