Mantra Sierra Grand is a residential building rises to 98 m located on Broadbeach in Australia. The tower is a concrete modern architecture designed by DBI Design Pty Ltd.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
