Carmel By The Sea Low-poly 3D model

Carmel By The Sea is an high-rise residential building located on Broadbeach in Australia. It is a modern concrete skyscraper wich rises to 105 m. It was designed by Desmond Brooks International and built in 1996.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
