Beach Heaven Low-poly 3D model

The Beach Heaven is a residential tower located in Broadbeach on the Australian Gold Coast. The tower rises to 96 m and was built in 1983. The alternative name is Pacific Resort Beach Haven.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
