Avalon Riverfront Apartments Low-poly 3D model

The Avalon Riverfront Apartments is a residential skyscraper located in Surfers Paradise on the Australian Gold Coast. The tower was built in 2006 and designed by DBI Design (Pty Ltd). It rises to 105 m for a total of 35 floors. The building is a modern architecture with a concrete structure.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
