Apocalyptic Building Free 3D model

This Building is inspired from Scenery of a game, Last of Us.

Note: The following model will work with Blender alone. Reason, Exporting the model into other formats was removing the Ivy and the Object used for Boolean Modifier was still Visible. If you can figure out how to overcome this Problem, do inform me.
