Very useful model that's just right for Vancouver, Canada context. Meshes have sufficient resolution for wide angles. It would be even better if the materials were organized architecturally. I.e., awning frame should not be the same material as the walls. Some of the walls required clean-up because there were orphans that we assigned the wrong materials.
