Admiralty Towers One was the first high rise apartment building along the Brisbane River, it was built in 1992. The developers chose the prime position right on the bend in the river with views of the city, beyond the Story Bridge, to nearby parks and to the Botanic Gardens. The Admiralty Towers I rises to 87 m for 28 floors.
