High quality, realistic 3D model of futuristic sci-fi skyscraper with lobby (atrium) interior.
Modeled in real-world scale - meters.Building height: 311m
This is a multi purpose model build with modular instanced parts and groups.Works well in daylight and night scenes.
All parts are properly and logically UVW unwrapped (non overlapping) to speed up the process in case you want to texture them in Substance Painter or similar software.
You can easily change the colors of the buildings as the main materials used are procedural - the slight edge wear uses VrayDirt map with procedural noise.
If you want to use the model as background element and interior details doesn't matter, you can delete the sub-group called 'Interior Elements' and the total polycount will be reduced from 22,008 to 9,090.
The front and back sliding doors have corresponding openings in the walls and can be easily animated.
As a bonus, there is a small animation included for the small drone doors embedded in the main doors.
No background objects, cameras and additional lights in the scene - drag and drop ready.
This model contains poles with 5 or more sides.
Polycount - with Interior Elements:
Polys: 22,008
Verts: 22,384
Polycount - without Interior Elements:
Polys: 9,090
Verts: 9,532
Objects and materials are properly named and organized.
Compatible with 3dsMax 2010 and up.
Exported formats - FBX, OBJ and 3DS with only basic materials.
P.S. Added usdz, gltf and glb formats - use those for better compatibility with newer software.
Please have in mind, that depending on the software you use, the exported formats may not look exactly how you see them in the preview images. In some cases the mesh may appear triangulated and you may need to manually reassign materials/textures .
