The meshes are well modeled, but they are mostly only useful as background buildings. There's not enough detail at the street level for close shots, even though they are quite high poly. Should mostly be used for filling out a scene. The windows aren't applied in any particularly logical way, there's just a tiling texture randomly applied to the meshes such that you'll end up with "Windows" in places that don't logically make sense.
