imagine a world where high rise can be disassemble and reassemble into small units or capsule in another location. This sci-fi tower 004 is a skyscraper addition to the Sci-fi capsule 004 series. the structure is a 72 floor habitable tower with a height of 288.5meters tall. all house units are cantilevered from the side of the center core. the tower is divided into two large zone and each zone has 6 section. the sci-fi tower is decorated on the exterior more than the interior. the model is created in sketchup 2021 and rendered using enscape version 3.1. this structure are highly inspired by the famous Nakagin Capsule Tower or metabolism architecture introduced by Kisho Kurokawa promoting building as a living thing.

the model can be use as prop, backdrop or anything that suits the future and outer space environment including your needs!
