Excellent 3D environment. My only issue is that some of the FBX parts are not textured, and don't appear to have any textures associated with them.

Perfect! If the demo would be available in fbx or obj with text data would be fine, becouse i'm not use Unreal and now i need to rebuild every buildings and load any text manually. Anyway, it's perfect pack.

This is a really great asset for an amazing price. As all of the packs of this author they are packed with tons of high quality props and with a very good feeling for game design. You can use in many places and for a long time and they are definitely made to be used in realtime games and not just in animations with an unrealistic polycount and streaming bandwith. For a long time the author didn't make assets for UE4 and I usually converted his packs manually from Unity with an unknown status about the licensing. So I'm very happy that this pack made it's way to my favorite game engine and I even can play around in a demo level. CHEERS!
