PBR-ready sci-fi building with 2K textures and additional maps for non-realtime renders (Vray, Arnold, Redshift, Corona, Shade 3D). The default texture set is made for Unity 5 (metallic workflow), but you can use additional maps that included with the model to make it work with any other game engine that uses physically based shaders. UVs are overlapping so it is very easy to change the number of floors in any 3D editing software that supports FBX 2015. Color-scheme could be altered by editing Albedo/Diffuse maps. Four big banners on the roof are intended to be used as a fictional or a real in-game ad space because they don't use overlapping UVs. Normals and tangents are embedded in FBX-file or you can use MikkTSpace.
