Very nice pack, and I appreciated the example demo scene to use a reference. It's the first time I bought a pack and was trying to use it in Godot wirth the source files provided. Unfortunately, the fbx lack proper references to the textures wich made it very difficult to use ootb. But fortunately, I found a unity-package importer for godot that could help me.

The meshes are well built and when textured look good. A note for Blender users, unfortunately, the organisation of the texture files are a mess. The linked TGA and PSD files are missing for the individual FBX meshes. The OBJ meshes have no textures. What this means is that you have to re-link all of the textures by finding the somewhat equivalent PNG file for the each individual FBX meshes. You'll also have to rebuild any Emission node for the signage.
