Stradbroke Tower & Macleay Tower are twins towers in Kangaroo Point's Dockside Precinct to Brisbane. Their towers rise to 78m for 24 floors. The construction finished in 1991 for Stradbroke Tower and in 1992 for Macleay Tower.
The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and ready for Thea Render 1.5 for Sketchup.
