No textures, and all the obj's aren't even in a zip file, I feel robbed.

man please dont feel robbed if there is an issue with a model on my store or other stores for that matter, try reaching out to the author first, explain the problem, and let the author fix the issue.
i have so many products in my store, and if one out of 100 products has some issues that is to be expected. if u just notified me first of the issue, i would have already fixed it without the need to leave a bad review which hurts my store.
just give me a couple of days, i will check the files in question and i will fix it if indeed there are issues.
