Description for Unity:
A lighthouse on an island in the middle of the ocean. Water and sky as separate objects. Water is made texture, therefore, may not be suitable for another island. There is a model of clothes that is dried in the wind, animation is included. There is a lighthouse keeper character. The character's rig is a Humanoid. Contains animations of walking and running, also contains BlendShapes. Model boat with two skins. The character moves around the island using a special Route control script.

Description for Blender:
The character has a basic rig for exporting to Unity. On the Hips bone there is a switch - IK/FK. You can turn on the IK mode, then turn on an additional armature layer, on which the manipulators are located, and make your own animation for export to Unity.
Other objects also have a basic rig for animation.
The textures folder must be located with the Blender files.
The scene in Blender is different from the scene in Unity. The blender has a fishing rod and a bucket, but the Unity does not.
