||DESCRIPTION||
This old Japanese elementary school was inspired by the famous Uwaoka school. Many new elements are added to this model. This is a small scene (3rd part) which comes to be combined with the previous platforms Japanese Alley 1 & 2.This model was created with 3DsMax 2013 and and Vray. All the meshes have been worked to minimize the number of polygons, so it's a Lowpoly model.The mesh is not provided for the subdivision.

This model was designed for use as renders, games, AR/VR.This model used textures on PNG file.PBR Materials Ready with Metallic/Roughness or Specular/Glossiness.The grass has been created with V-Ray Fur. So if you used an another rendering engine than VRay, you must delete it before (or replace with other else).
